Benefits of Joining/Volunteer to improve your health

Volunteering is good for others...and your health! Studies show that people who volunteer are less likely to develop high blood pressure and heart disease. In addition to reducing depression and having lower mortality rates, people who volunteer experience an overall greater sense of satisfaction.*

Gain some perspective and feel-good emotions by devoting some of your free time to volunteer work. Your kind efforts will benefit both your community and your health.

Our members are close friends and we have a great time when we get together. Of course we also have a common interest, and we hope to further our cause.
